Tippe is excited to offer churches the opportunity to join us on the journey!

Through the leadership and gifts of Pastor Karen Hagen,
we are excited to offer "Emerging Church Mentoring".

This is an opportunity to take a look at your own sense of leadership, future church, values and mission through a new lens. Pastor Karen weaves together the insights of Spiritual Formation, Bowen-Friedman Natural Systems Theory, and Worshipful Work to offer support along "the way".  Usually offered is an initial series of three meetings/conversations including a Tippe Tour.  Beyond this initial introduction, further coaching and mentoring is available for pastor and/or leadership teams.

Some of those who have visited and/or partaken in the process have been Summerfield United Methodist Church, Village Church ELCA, Marshall United Methodist Church, North Lima Presbyterian Church.  Pastor Karen is a part of the UM Conference's Faith Alive Program focusing on emerging church insights.

Through Pastor Karen, Tippe also offers the services of Spiritual Director for groups doing discernment or looking to discover other models of meeting...a spiritual model of meeting verses the more usual corporate model. Currently, Pastor Karen is working alongside a task force of Winnebago Presbytery in this capacity.

There is a fee for services.  All fees go to support the mission of Living Waters Contemplative Life Center to offer formation opportunities to all people. Please call Pastor Karen to have a conversation of possibility, 414-481-4680.
