We are re-forming ourselves to do fun nights, weekend events,
eduation opportunties, parental support gatherings, kids events!
So far we are 7 actively involved families with over 18 kids/teens amongst us!
And we're growing! We are welcoming Erica and kids right now!

Here's what we know will be happening so far!
~Last Thursdays of each month at 6:30pm a family potluck and fun time
~Warm weather trips to the zoo and park
~Espeically For Parents, an informal chat time during the time our kids
are in Sunday School starting October 2010 led by
Rev. Deborah Payden.

And, what a great way to introduce your friends
to the wonderful Tippe community you make possible...
and grow our possibilities! All are welcome...RSVP for them. too!
Come away for a day and get to know yourself and each other a bit better
as you lean into worship, education-parent support, and fellowship!
So what will we do?
We will gather at 9:30 for a short, creative time of worship, "Morning Praise," then meet separately as adults and children till noon when we will enjoy a catered lunch. After lunch there will be family games and a family faith-project (making your own Candle to use in home rituals) and then a closing with readings, song,
and the lighting and blessing of our candles!
During the morning time, adults will be led by Pastor Debbie Payden, a skilled teacher and intergenerational educator. Her presentation and discussion: The practice of parenting....faith formation in the home. The children will be divided into two groups and led by two leaders from Dance Works using the book "I'm in Charge of Celebrations" to explore ritual and creatively explore the notion of who they are becoming.
Child care will be provided on site for those under age 3 or so.
A Fun Day...and you deserve it!

It is our hope that based upon our experience of this day that you will be better able to ask for the Tippe support you need as parents and families. We so look forward to growing ourselves in the faith and touching the lives of all our little and big ones!
